By using any Crestvale product or service, you waive all legal claims, now and in the future, against Crestvale Group LLC and its affiliates.

4. No Guarantees

Crestvale does not guarantee business growth, lead generation, or financial outcomes. The tools we provide are designed to enhance operational efficiency, not to serve as a promise or predictor of specific results.

You acknowledge that no promises, verbal or written, have been made regarding the success or outcome of using Crestvale Services. All tools are provided for operational support purposes only.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds may only be granted in writing at the sole discretion of Crestvale. If any digital system, automation, asset, or account has been delivered or accessed, no refund will be granted under any circumstance. Disputes will not change this refund policy.

10. Force Majeure Clause

Crestvale shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics, service outages, or governmental actions.
